FAQ

How does the planning process work?

To plan your ideal holiday, I will ask you a few questions to make sure I understand exactly what you're

looking for, either over the phone or email. The more detail I can get from you, the more tailored I can make

your holiday recommendations.

I will then get to work researching and reaching out to suppliers to find you the best possible options for your requirements. You will then have a handful of tailored selections to choose from, and once you’ve decided your favourite I’ll get booking for you!

When should we start planning?

Some holidays are best planned a number of months out in order to allow for the most amount of options to choose from and get the best value for your money. But if you want a last minute getaway tomorrow,
I’ll make it happen.

How long do you need to plan my trip?

This completely depends on your trip. We will agree the timeframe upfront but generally all requests will
be responded to from a week after we have spoken and your holiday requirements have been confirmed.

Are my bookings financially protected?

Yes. As an independent travel agent with Inteletravel, all bookings are ABTA protected.

Do you charge a planning fee?

I don't charge a fee for planning and booking your holiday, as I earn commission from suppliers. My fee for
the concierge service is for the time I spend creating your bespoke Holiday Plan, full of recommendations
that are best for your specific requirements and save you lots of time before and during your holidays.

Honestly one of the best trips I’ve been on. Everything I could have wanted, perfect hotel and location, culture, great food and parties, met new people (important as travelled solo), and some great tours like the Salt Mines. The city guide was perfect, following the suggested itinerary made life so easy and meant I didn’t miss anything. I visited most of the restaurants and bars on the list, some of them I even went to twice they were so good!
